so this month I will be running 5km 6 days a week
It's getting easier by the day and 5km is my norm so I'm not out of my comfort zone yet! I love running outside and so far the cold is not keeping me indoors I'm watching my diet too eating more proteins and more greens . Also two green teas a day instead of my capuchinno don't miss the coffee yet 😛 if you fancy running 5km with me over the weekend reach out!!! I'll keep you entertained for sure
